This weekend, Saturday Feb. 11, Gravelmouth is excited to bring back Artist James Medrano for the first solo show “Dark White”. James opened up gravelmouth with us in March of 2011 in a two man show with Austin Artist Jonathan Booker. We will be celebrating the closing of this show and celebrating Gravelmouth’s 1 year anniversary on March 3, 2012 so mark those calendars! This is going to be a C.A.M. event to remember!
This is yet another Massive wall in downtown Mexicali by Mr. Dsek World. Dsek has been non-stop since his visit to gravelmouth in November. gravelmouth is hoping to see him again in March as he tours a new show that will be visiting after a brief stop in Tucson.
Artist Graham Franciose, who turned out gravelmouth in June, has continued to produce these beautiful works at amazing speed. If you didnt catch him at the “Fuuther” opening held at H.O.P.E. Studio in Austin (www.fuuther.com) You can still catch him at the Blue Genie Art Bazaar that runs through the 24th of December. These small giclee prints are the perfect gift idea and make beautiful sets. This artist is in gravelmouths top 3 for this year and we look forward to watching his showstoppers in 2012.
